general questions

Quick answers to common questions.

If you need more detail, get in touch and we'll answer directly.

Which services does UPT Group provide?

MEP engineering, project execution and infrastructure, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and low-voltage building systems.

Can you work from our architect's drawings?

Yes. Send us whatever drawings you have and we'll design and coordinate the building services around them.

Do you take on a single discipline, or only whole projects?

Either. Most clients hand us every service, but we also take on individual disciplines.

What happens after I get in touch?

An engineer reviews what you've sent, then we arrange a survey and agree the brief before any design work starts.

Do you support the building after handover?

Yes. Along with as-built drawings, manuals and training, maintenance is available once the systems are in use.
